My breath grew rigid and my throat felt like acid was being poured down to my lungs seizing my chest in spasms of pain. My heart screamed out in agony at me to stop running, to keep running, to forget what had just occured in front of my eyes that would haunt my dreams until I was as crazy as my mother. I ran as fast and hard as I could to the nearest restaurant or  gas station for help.
